Author Topic: Civicrm profiles and access control loads only a blank page (Read 824 times)

I'm not sure if this is an ongoing issue or an issue that was introduced in an upgrade.
Feel free to bump if this feels more like an upgrade issue than an ongoing issue.

I was running 2.0 and had some custom data setup as a profile to display on a donate page.

Upgraded to 2.1 and then 2.2 and now, several months after that upgrade I wanted to add a field to that custom data.
I can add and edit field groups in the Custom Data section just fine, but...

When I click on Administer Civicrm -> Civicrm Profile the page that loads my standard template with no content.
I have the exact same behavior when go to Administer CiviCRM -> Access Control

I'm running Civi with Drupal 6.x PHP 5.2.13 and my drupal user account is user 1.

Feels like this is somehow tied to permissions, but I can't track down the issue.

Any thoughts?

could you try following steps

1. clear your browser cache as well as clear template cache ( purge all contents from files/civicrm/templates_c/ )

2. rebuild the menu ( run url : civicrm/menu/rebuild?reset=1 )

3. in general blank page implies some error on php side, might be apache error logs gives more hint.
