CiviCRM is missing from Drupal menu

The installation seemed to be successful.The module is enabled and the block is added. However, I can't find the CiviCRM link on the navigation menu. Please see the screen capture below:

Hi,
Go to Site Building/menus and make sure the CiviCRM menu is enabled.

Thanks a lot! It now appears on the left menu. However, when I click it, a blank page displays. The URL for the page is:

http://www.mysite.com/drupal/q=civicrm/dashboard

Did I miss anything else?
