Is it possible to allow end users to select more than one Premium on a CiviContribute Contribution page? i.e., use checkboxes instead of radio buttons?

I suspect the data model supports allowing multiple premiums attached to one contribution. however the current code base is designed for one permium/contribution. you'll need to make changes to the code to handle your case
