Can't view search results
December 05, 2010, 05:31:35 pm
Since upgrading to 3.2.5 I can no longer return to my search results. Instead, the "Search Results" link brings up all contacts not my search results. Please, can someone tell me if this is something I can have fixed?

Could you give some insight / steps about your case where search context is fails.

Also you might want to try your case with our public demo site : http://drupal.demo.civicrm.org/

thanks

I can confirm this behavior on my installation and on the demo site.  Steps to reproduce:

Log in to demo.  Select 'Find Contacts' from menu.
Enter any name in the search box, like 'Jones'.  On the demo, four contacts are returned.
Select one of the contacts from the list, like 'Amar Jones'.  This opens the contact page.
Click on 'Search Results' in the breadcrumb row.  This should go back to the list of four contacts named Jones, but instead the search criterion is lost, and all of the contacts in the database are displayed.

This seems to be a regression from previous versions.
