after upgrading from 3.1 to 3.2.5, country drop down for contacts only shows U.S

after upgrading from 3.1 to 3.2.5, country drop down for contacts only shows the 'United States' as an option.  Looking in the civicrm database, i see that all of the countries are still in the civicrm_country database table.

any idea why i can only see the United States as an option in country drop down in the address section of the form when creating or editing contacts?

thanks

Nevermind, I just had to go to 'Administer' -> 'Configure' -> 'Global Settings' -> 'Localization'  and re-add the available countries.  We had done this in our previous version of Civicrm, and apparently the upgrade wiped out those settings.

In any case, the issue has been solved on my end here, so no need for a reply.  Hopefully if someone encounters this issue, this may be of help to them...

Thanks!

Actually, I would like to know what table this setting happens in.  It was fairly tedious to manually add all my countries the first time, I would like to simply update the DB directly.  Which is the table that stores the available address fields?  the Country table looks the same in both databases.  I also added one country, and nothing was changed in the DB.

Thanks,
Maria
