Currently when adding a new relationship, the other contact has to already exist. It would be really convenient to be able to create that contact on the fly as you can do when creating a new case or new membership, etc...

There is a sponsor willing to contribute some of the money for this e.g. via make-it-happen if anyone else is interested and can chip in.

IMO to implement this feature it will take around 20 hours.
