Creating Static or Dynamic Pages

Hi,
I am trying to create a static page (or dynamic page, for listing) in the mailing section of CiviCRM. But I am finding no ways to do it. Could you please tell how could I create new pages.

Do I have to follow any specific pattern for this ? If yes, could anyone kindly guide me about this ?

might be easiest to help you out with this on IRC

a couple of suggestions:

1. Read http://civicrm.org/architecture/

2. Check a simple "Page" sample. You might want to check:

CRM/Admin/Page/Tag.php
CRM/Core/Page.php

and the corresponding template files

Can we chat on IRC ?

I use the browser Opera, and sometimes i go at 'CiviCRM' there. But nodody responses in that room.

You might want to search for irc programs to use on yahoo! search. On a mac we use colloquy and u can also use chatzilla. I dont know if opera has a built in irc client. We are on irc.freenode.net, #civicrm
