Hello all,

Is there any way to "ultimately" delete any soft-deleted contact?

Yes Delete Permanently - is a separate permission - search in Trash - select all - use Action and select Delete Permanently

Ok. Found it. Thanks.

For those who have the same problem, here at bit more precisely how to proceed:

1. Go to Search -> Advanced search
2. under "basic criteria" select the checkbox "Search in Trash (deleted contacts)", then hit "search"
3. check the contacts you want to permanently delete
4. under "actions" select "permanently delete" (or "restore" if you want) and then "Go"

That's it.
