We have a contribution page with a paypal link but when users click the link the page that loads

In the joomla back end under civi/contributions there is this error above the bar chart
I do not know but maybe guessing the error is related.

In the contributions page area this error

I'm not sure what if anything was installed or uninstalled and when exactly this started occuring. Any help solving this is greatly appreciated.
In the meantime if I visit the "live url" link from the backend the paypal button seems to work fine (atleast so far for me, hoping to get user feedback soon).
