Dashboard Dashlet: Bad request, header field missing ':' separator
December 24, 2010, 07:13:21 am
Hi,

I'm having some strange issues after upgrading from CiviCRM 3.0.9 to 3.3.1 in my Joomla 1.5.22 site.

I'm trying to setup my Home Dashboard. When I make a report — Top Donors Report, for instance — available for the Dashboard, when I go to the dashboard I am getting the following error in Firefox 3.6.13:

Bad Request

Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand.
Request header field is missing ':' separator.

And underneath that it is displaying the following gobbledigook:

_0_show,ja-movable2_Issues<_0_show,ja-movable2_Statements and_0_show,ja-zin_Profiles

That last stuff appears to be related to another Joomla site that I was working in last night. I quit Firefox and restarted it and it was still there when I came back. I'll try rebooting my workstation and will report back here. Has anyone else had this problem?

Thanks in advance for any help.

Best,
herongrace

No luck. Rebooting didn't solve the issue.

Also, if I make the reports available to the dashboard from within Safari, they will show up properly on the Dashboard in both Safari and Firefox. Only those reports made available to the dashboard in Firefox seem to break in the dashboard.
