Navigation Menu customize page broken

After upgrading to 3.3.1, the Navigation Menu page (from Administer->Customize) no longer loads the full navigation tree and does not show any of the graphics - no arrows or folder icons, etc.  See the attached screenshot.

So I cannot navigate through the tree to modify menu items.  I'm not sure, but it seems to be something with the javascript the page loads, but I can't figure it out since that js (from the Navigation.tpl file) has changed significantly from 3.2.  But maybe it's something with my setup?  I can't seem to duplicate the issue on the demo site.

Would appreciate any pointers, thanks.

This is fixed in http://issues.civicrm.org/jira/browse/CRM-7202  , and will be part of next release. i.e CiviCRM3.3.2
