Better admin UI for civievent

If an admin user clicks on a 'live event page' they should have the ability to edit that page without going through another menu. I don't know how many times I have clicked on an event page link and expected to be able to get to the edit page. This of course should only be seen by users with permission, but its helpful in the editing process.

Sounds like a good idea. Would be cool if you develop this thought a bit including which page you think the Edit link should go to (Configure Event? Event Info and Settings? ...). Also - if you had some thoughts about where to put this link (or maybe some edit icon) - a page mockup would be great. You could add this to the wiki - CiviEvent Phase 2 page - here:
