Postal Code Leading 0 removed during import
December 30, 2010, 05:17:02 pm
The title pretty much sums it up, when I import contacts, any with a postal code that has a leading 0 (ie. 01234) becomes 1234 in the Contact list. Any way around this? Is there a setting I'm missing?

hi,
not sure why this is happening because i just did a test import and the postal code imported fine.

you could try using a csv import file where the fields are surrounded by quotes. if that doesn't work it would be helpful if you could upload a few records from your import file.
