Donations/Payment pages not working after upgrading
December 31, 2010, 09:38:05 am
A few months ago I updated an old install of civicrm 2.0 to 3.0.0 (it required a few upgrades to get there).  It appeared to be working fine all this time, but when a member tried to make a donation they found the donation page no longer works.  It was working prior to the upgrade.  I've found that when you enter anything into the donation page or try to administer a payment page or payment processor the form just refreshes without actually doing anything.  No error is given or written to the log.  It just refreshes the page without the information that was just entered.

I tried to test drive the payment page and it does give an error that the payment processor doesn't have a username.  When I try to access that payment processor to edit it it gives me an access denied error.  I checked the civicrm_processors table and everything is there and seems to be correct.  Does anyone have any suggestions as to where I can go from here to track this problem down?  Everything else in CiviCRM seems to be working just fine.

Thanks!!

might be easier to upgrade to 3.3.1 (or 3.3.2 sometime next week) and see what is happening with that version and why. will also make it easier for us to help you out :)

dont have any ideas on what is happening and why :(
