Can civimail work with courier?
December 10, 2007, 11:45:21 pm
I just got a new host with VPS servers, and I was wondering if i could use courier with amavis for civimail. Or if it is a postfix only thing? It would be a shame if it is because the default control panel uses courier to handle mail.

not by default, you'll have to make code changes to make that happen. You might be interested in imap2soap.pl, which is a community supported thing for non-postfix mail servers

If Courier can be told to handle CiviMail-bound emails properly and can be told to plug in AMaViS as an email filter, then most probably – yes, but we don’t have a previous use case.

As Lobo mentioned, you might be interested in imap2soap.
