No Continue button to Google Checkout

I have two contribution pages, one for event registration and the other for membership. They both Test Drive fine, and work fine in Live Page mode within Administer CiviCRM / Manage Contribution Pages. But on the actual home page, the membership registration does not show a 'Continue' button where you would expect there to be one that brings the final page with the Google Checkout button at the bottom.

Any ideas???

When you are using Google Checkout payment processor, you need to click on Google Checkout button to make payment. Hence Continue button is removed.
