How setup / offer widgets?

I recall seeing something about then when I was going down the setup checklist... but for the life of me I can not find any place to make them, offer then my users on a personal camp page or anything.

I DID check the doc, but it is "Under Construction"

Can someone give me a clue as to where or what I need to do to make this happen?

Widgets are currently available on contribution pages but not personal campaign pages
