Menu Nav problem

i have tried to create menu links, but when i click on the folders nothing happens, how do i get the link url? mine is just fixed at .... http://mysite.com/administrator/index2.php?option=com_civicrm&task=civicrm/admin/menu&reset=1 .....  thanks a confused newby!

what "folders" are you referring to?
