I am using the Garland theme, and would like to reduce the size of the slogan appearing across the top of the home page. Where can I access the formatting of the slogan?

I would also like to change the color of the slogan and, as well, the primary links across the top of the home page.

i think this is drupal related issue, you might want to check on drupal forums.
