'civicrm.pdf' is an inappropriate name for attachments in contribution emails

The receipts for contributions include a PDF copy of the invoice/receipt.

The file is named 'civicrm.pdf' which would be surprising to our clients. Can we change it to 'contribution.pdf' or better yet, either 'receipt'pdf' or 'invoice.pdf' depending on whether the payment is "pay later".

fixed this to receipt.pdf in trunk which is a bit more specific

Definitely agree that receipt.pdf is MUCH more helpful as a generic, default response!
