In the dashboard, instead of being able to see the dashlets I'm getting forbidden pages.

I'm using civicrm 3.2.5. I have 3 environments, one for my local, one shared development instance and the production site. In development and production the site is working fine, but the error shows up only in my local.

I verified that the urls and directories are configured properly in civicrm.settings.php file, and in the directory and resource urls in the civicrm configuration. I rebuilt the menu (civicrm/menu/rebuilt?reset=1), but I'm still getting the issue.

What could the problem be?
