Hi Guys,

I wonder if someone can shed some light on the duplicate checking.

Here is the process that is being followed:

• The user logs in and is related to an organisation and the correct amount for the renewal is displayed
• He clicks renew and goes to the confirmation page
• Clicks the confirmation button and goes to the payment processor
• Confirmation returns back and bang... a new organisation and individual are created and the contribution is assigned to them

So, what is happening here? Is this because of the duplicate checking rules that we have in place? But when the user is already assigned to a particular organisation why create a new organisation? Duplicate checking is using a custom field called membership number which is definitely unique.
