Author Topic: CiviCRM resources cannot be accessed - CiviCRM 1.9 - Drupal 5.3 (Read 2348 times)

Hello:

I installed CiviCRM 1.9 (on Drupal 5.3) and used the Automatic Installation method.
Unfortunately i cannot access any of the CiviCRM resources such as images, css, js file
etc.

I googled a bit and found the following 2 urls.

"CiviCRM - New Install - Admin Menu & Display Issues"

"I have duplicate links on the Admin page and no icons"
http://wiki.civicrm.org/confluence/display/CRMDOC/Duplicate+Links

I tried debugging as mentioned in the above 2 documents by using the CiviCRM Resource URL
(http://www.testsite1.com/sites/all/modules/civicrm/) and putting the i/contact_ind.gif to see the individual icon and i can see
it in my browser.

Not sure what i could have done wrong. Anyone seen this error before ? Any fixes.

If you can see the icon when going with your browser to http://www.testsite1.com/sites/all/modules/civicrm/i/contact_ind.gif, then you simply need to put http://www.testsite1.com/sites/all/modules/civicrm/ under Administer CiviCRM → Global Settings → Resource URLs
