cannot change status membership manually once created

Once i created a membership and saved this. i want to change the memeberships status from automatis adjusting to manual, Then i cannot change this.

If you mean you can't check "Status Override?" to change status when editing a membership ?? This is a bug in 3.3.2, fixed for 3.3.3 (release probably next week). Issue tracker item is here:
