CiviEvent error messages in IE6 and IE7
January 13, 2011, 06:12:53 am
Hi,

We have the current CiviCRM installed on Joomla 1.5 and everything works fine in many browsers. Only in IE7 and IE6 we get a lot of "Object required" error messages in the CiviEvent module. In IE8 everything works fine It seems that this is related to the credit-card payment section since sometimes this section is blinded out when registering for an event with a credit card.
I then installed the current CiviCRM on Drupal 6.2 two days ago. Now CiviEvent seems to work better, but I still get the "Object required" error message when I press the "save" button. At least the payments go through.

Is anyone familiar with this error?

Christian

Can you upgrade to 3.3.2 and let us know if that works.  Also try to replicate it on http://joomla.demo.civicrm.org
