I have been able to make the import work for me, but any time I try and do more than 1,000 records at once, I get a "Bad Response from Server" error in FF.

This is really annoying, as I have over 20K records to import, and making 20 different CSV files is a pain, especially when I need to merge fields and do custom import stuff.

I set my php memory to 1000M, and the timeout to 2400 seconds. I don't think those setting affect this error, because even if it is 1200 records, or even 1010 records, I still get the error.

I imagine there is some sort of numbering issue or something like that.

Any ideas?

Ok, I got my records into CSV files of 1000 records each.

I started importing them, and everything went fine, at first. Now, on step 4, it starts importing, gets to 5% completed, and then gives me a white page with "Bad Response from Server".

Ok, I'm not able to get past step 2 now. I get a Bad Response from Server, even though I only have 1000 records, and it doesn't matter which CSV file I import.
