Quotes withing language string in .po file

How do you deal with a quote withing a language string?

ie 10' 3" (10 feet 3 inches)

This breaks the translation mo file.

Is there way of escaping the "?

Try 10\' 3\". Are you using text editor to edit po files? Some PO editor should do the trick with escaping for you.
