URGENT - Mail not sending

In the past 20 hours, only 311 emails have been sent - roughly 0.3% of our total mailing list. As far as I can tell, our account is configured properly. I don't have any support contact information, and I can't figure out how to troubleshoot this problem. It may be a question of billing, but I don't have an invoice or know how to request one. Please contact me a.s.a.p.

I don't know for sure, but this sounds like the problem that we had recently.  I posted about it in this forum, and then found out that the problem was already found and solved here.  The solution for me was to upgrade to civicrm version 3.3.2.  If you are using a version prior to that, you might want to try the upgrade and see if that solves it.

hi,

[1] please make sure that your settings are correct by testing them from your civismtp account
[2] make sure you are running a civicrm greater than 3.04
[3] if [1] and [2] check out and you are still having a problem, email civismtp@uas.coop so we can arrange some test mailings.
