I have a associate code on my profile.
I would like to have a report with this custom field.

is it possible?

there are a number of reports that allow access to custom fields. try constituent summary and constituent detail

I tried them.... but I don't have a document with a list which shows the "custom field"
I can manage this field through "Set Filters" but I cannot have a list such as:

Name - custom filed
Name - custom filed
Name - custom filed
Name - custom filed
Name - custom filed
Name - custom filed
Name - custom filed

the first section of report criteria -- display columns -- for those two reports, provides access to your custom fields. did you try that? it's possible the custom fields need to be marked searchable in order to have them available to the report. i don't recall at the moment.

The list follows the date of subscription, but is it possible to have a list with custom field order?
My custom field is the personal code number.... I need to have a list with people according to their personal code.

you may need to do some customization to get it exactly as you want.
