Activity Summary - Follow-Up Email
January 21, 2011, 03:23:59 pm
We have recently started using CiviCASE and get these great "Activity Summary - Follow-up Email messages.

I get three links in the message:  Manage Case, Edit this Activity, and View this Activity.
These are all great functions and take me to the case or the activity.

Once I am in the activity however there does not seem to be away to get to the contact that the case is associated with.  Am I missing something really stupid here or does it actually not exist?

Its nice to go to the activity and the case, but I also want to see the entire CRM record for in my case an Organization associated with the Case.

From the manage case screen if you expand Roles then the client is a role - can click there to get to contact record.
I think there is also a hover popup if you hover over the client icon at the top of manage case, which gives an overview.

Thanks, going into the roles did the trick.  I didn't see a pop-up anywhere else however, but roles worked.  I guess its just a matter of understanding terminology.

Thanks.
