Have not found anything pertaining to the new release so I thought I'd ask.  Are the Civi projects compatible with Joomla! 1.6?

So I take it that 4.0 isn't out yet?  It was kinda cryptic as to release times lol

New to the sandbox so not sure what these mean:

Code Freeze    Feb 9, 2011 --- does this mean that all the developments must be submitted?
Alpha    Feb 23, 2011 - first trial release?
Beta    Mar 2011 - 2nd release?
Final    Mar 2011 - full

yes there will be a few alpha's and a few beta's depending on number of bugs people find
