After 3.3.2 upgrade, some administration settings were lost

I upgraded to 3.3.2 recently, and lost some of my administration settings. (I didn't notice immediately, but I can't think of any other reason the settings might have been lost). The settings that were lost were a random bunch ...
  • Geocoding provider and key lost
  • reCAPTCHA public key lost, but private key not lost
  • Localization reverted from Australian to US (dollars, countries, and states)
