Out of memory when you register for an event

When somebody registers for an event they recieve this error:
Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 29622272) (tried to allocate 160109 bytes) in /homepages/43/d176810706/htdocs/bashcon/registration/sites/all/modules/civicrm/packages/Smarty/Smarty_Compiler.class.php on line 425

What's your php memory_limit and which version of CiviCRM are you using?

AquaFox, this error means that your server is not able to allocate more memory, but CiviCRM requires more to complete this operation. Contact your host to see if they can increase your PHP memory limit.

It's 30MB for my host.

That's far too little. Note here http://civicrm.org/aboutcivicrm where it says:

128mb PHP memory limit recommended

I also would note another recommendation from that page:

CiviCRM is resource-intensive. We encourage users to consider Virtual Private Servers (VPS) OR (semi) dedicated hosting OR shared hosting from a host with experience hosting CiviCRM. Please review our Hosting provider information page for hosting options.
