I have an event that is 1 person short of its capacity. Two people are on the waitlist. I'm assuming, given that they have similar addresses, that they have attempted to book together, and so have been waitlisted even though there is one place available. I have decided on this occasion to let both of them in by increasing the capacity of the event by one. So now I have two spaces and two waitlisted participants.

ParticipantProcessor.php (I removed the .txt from the end of the default installed file) is being called every ten minutes via a cronjob, which includes my site key, username and password. The Drupal log confirms this.

What I expected to happen is that the two on the waitlist would have their status changed automatically to 'Pending from waitlist', and be emailed to invite them to complete their registration, pay the event fee and get registered.

But nothing seems to be happening. The documentation is not strong on this. Any guidance as to where I'm going wrong? Should I manually change participant status to 'pending from waitlist'?

Which message template is used to send the invitation to complete the registration? - assuming we can get to that point.
