Won't import all contacts from spreadsheet...
January 26, 2011, 01:43:42 pm
For some reason if I want to import 40 contacts it will only actually import 15 or so of them. I am checking the "update" box, field mapping is all good with no errors, when I get to the preview page it says to check that the total rows and contacts to be imported is correct and it isn't. It's way less than the actual number of contacts I have in the spreadsheet.

SOLVED!!!

All you have to do is add a column at the end with 0 in each cell. Title it anything, but in field mapping click "Do Not Import".
