Hi,

This would be my first forum post. I've been implementing a CiviCRM solution for a nonprofit in the Boston area, and have run into an interesting bug.

REPRO STEPS:
1) Create a new Contact Type, "Leadership Team". It's a subtype of built-in "Organization" type.
2) Create a new Relationship Type, "in this leadership team:" that's defined as between an "Individual" and "Organization - Leadership Team".
example: "Harry Houdini is 'in this leadership team:' Board of Directors
3) Create a new "Leadership Team" contact (ex. called "Board of Directors)
4) Create a new "Individual" contact (ex. "Harry Houdini")
5) View contact; Relationships tab; Click "Add Relationship"

EXPECTED:
"in this leadership team:" should appear as an option in the "Relationship Type" field.

ACTUAL:
does not appear. Cannot create this relationship.

NOTES:
- if you define the relationship in (2) as between an "Individual" and an "Organization" [and not limit it to only a particular subtype of Organization], then it works. That's my workaround for now, but it's not good for this use case.

What d'ya think?
Does this repro for anyone else?
Is it a bug? By design for some reason?

I've searched the forums & read the docs, but no luck there.
