Urgently Need Help Setting Up Custom Email Tokens

I am having problems with a bilingual French English Joomla CiviCRM site in Canada when using PayPal Standard.

When payment is made to PayPal from the French contribution form, PayPal does not recognize the language key and switches to English. Confirmation invoice/receipt is sent in English.

I've created a bilingual invoice/receipt but the membership type appears in English only. Need to have the membership type also appear in French.

Can someone provide the expertise to code this?

Urgently need to have this done and will pay for services.

Normally having (in the smarty template) {ts}club member{/ts} will cause it to be translated

However

I need the {$membership_name} form token to appear in the other language. THis is not handled by putting it within {ts}club member{/ts}.
