Hi

I and I can see a few others have been a bit confused by use of the term "Group" not meaning organisation.  I wonder if using "Grouping" "Collection" or "Set" might help. Just a suggestion from a newbie.  :-\

James - Thx for the suggestion. I suspect each choice for labeling a "Group of Contacts" might be problematic for some audiences. At some point we hope to provide easy ways to configure these menu titles to suit a variety of needs.

One somewhat more complicated way to customize CiviCRM today is to create a custom "translation" which transforms text to something preferable for your audience/processes. Check out this page if you're interested in this direction:
