Custom Field Not Available in Profile Field Name List
February 01, 2011, 11:25:43 am
Hi all,

I'm running into a snag on both a client site and on the demo.

I've created a custom data set that is assigned to individuals called I Agree/I Disagree. It contains a single field (alphnumeric/radio button) for Yes and No.

When I try to add the field into my profile Waiver of Liability (setup as Profile, Search Results, Drupal User Registration - Account Creation Required) I do not see it in my Field Name list when I select Individual.

I tried this on the Demo as

Custom Data: Waiver Agreement;
with one field: I Agree/I Disagree

CiviCRM Profile: Waiver of Liability

When I try to add the field on the demo site it's not there either.
http://drupal.demo.civicrm.org/civicrm/admin/uf/group/field?reset=1&action=browse&gid=10

Can anyone see what I'm doing wrong?

Thanks,
Vanessa

OK. Just figured out that I cannot use a custom data field that allows for multiple records in a profile.

 :(
