Waitlist message template

Where is the message template sent to those moved from the waitlist to pending by the command line script stored?  I don't see it in the System Messages UI and searching for the text I only find it in upgrade folders.

I know it's being sent!

Found it:  Events - Registration Confirmation Invite.  I was looking for something about waitlist in the title!
