How can I modify donation purpose text?

I would like to modify the text that appears just above the donation purpose:

You can assign this donation to pay for a specific event, or to our general fund.
   
I have searched all the configuration options for CiviContribute and cannot locate a place to change this text.

It's a CiviContribute page. I tried to upload a screenshot but it is too large. Go to www.democratsabroad.org and click on the donate button

"Donation purpose" looks like a profile. (does your contribution page include a profile?)

Go to Administer > Customise > CiviCRM Profile
If you see a "Donation purpose" profile, click on Settings (to the right)
The text you want is probably the Pre-form Help

If that's not it, dig around. I hope that helps,
