Hi,

Say that I'm subscribed to "newsletter spanish" and "newsletter english", and I sent an email with {action.unsubscribeUrl} to both groups.

When I click on the link, to which group will I be unsubscribed ?

BTW, I'm sending a test message and this link doesn't work (saying I'm not subscribed to the group)

Ping,

We did a test

-Send an email to a group test with {action.unsubscribeUrl}
- one of the recipient clicked on the link
- and she was opted out (red do not email) AND was still member of the test group.

Any idea ?

is it because the test group isn't public ?

whats he status in the test group? is it "Pending"?

u sure u clicked the unsubscribeURL and not the optoutUrl?
