  • PHP version: 5.2.5
Installed successfull,But click on civicrm in backend Gives Error

I installed CiviCRM in joomla 1.5.2, on godaddy (Window's Shared hosting). My PHP version is 5.2.5 and mysql version is 5.0.91.

The installation run successfully,but when I go to civicrm from Administrator side it gives me error like

Please Help me to come out this problem.I tried too many times to install and uninstall civicrm. Even I make the permission sets to folders in media/civicrm and tmp of my joomla root but all this didn't help me to run civicrm successful.

Even I try to go and reset the configuration bu this error comes everywhere in civicrm component. No Other options or link is there.

Thanks in advanced Any Ideas

is this an upgrade or clean install?
can you check the permissions on your media/civicrm/templates_c/ directory?
that's where the template cache files are stored. looks like there are issues writing to and retrieving from it
support CiviCRM through 'make it happen' initiatives!
