Error after Installation

I was able to successfully install CiviCRM, but when Configuration Checklist, I get the following error:

I can not say what the problem based on this error, but I would venture to guess it might well have to do with file permissions. I would check the file ownership of the files in question, namely the directory:

/home/117576/domains/raskb.org/html/drupal/sites/default/files/civicrm/templates_c/en_US/

and then confirm with your host what user Apache runs under. If they differ, then that may be the issue.
