Delete Member + Contact => email still exists

Hi

I wanted to delete some members and subscribe again with the same information, but, if I fill the subscription form and submit, I have the message : "email already exists".
I searched in the trash and clicked on "Permanently delete", but it seems the contact is still there somewhere.

Any idea ?
