Can only access one profile unless I log out and back in again

I have created two profiles that I use for "Profile" and "Search Results". I created a links to the profiles and put them in the left nav bar, the links are as such:
http://sitename/index.php?q=civicrm/profile/profile?reset=1&gid=18
and
http://sitename/index.php?q=civicrm/profile/profile?reset=1&gid=19

When I click on one link I go to that profile; however, if I then click on the other link I still go back to the first profile. I need to log out and then back in and only then can I access the second profile; however, at that point I can no longer access the first profile. I must log out and in again and the process repeats itself.

Any thoughts as to way this may be happening?

Hate to bump, but has anyone else experienced this?
