Ticket Tracking
February 07, 2011, 08:13:21 am
I am planning to deploy CiviCRM at a government office, but I have been unable to find a module that allows case or ticket tracking. I would like to be able to assign cases to employees and be able to track their progress accordingly. Does anyone know of a feature like that?

Thank you!

UPDATE: I have looked at CiviCase in particular but I haven't been able to determine whether it has the "tracking" functionality that will let a supervisor monitor all of their underlings.

UPDATE x 2: CiviCase looks good. There are two specific things I am hoping to include.
(1) ability to capture metrics on my employees, as in, average time per case.
(2) ability to veto or reject their "closure" of a case, and a way to keep track of those rejections.

Hi,

Should do what you want.

You might have to write custom reports/searches

We are working on a ticketing system that would drupal OG & civicase. So far, so good, but quite specific. If you got dev resources/funding feel free to ping me.

Not sure if you're aware that the NY State Senate is using CiviCase for constituent case tracking? Folks from rayogram.com who implemented that project will be doing a presentation on it at our upcoming annual conference - CiviCon - in Chicago.
