Click through is not being tracked

I have made some test sends and the mails send fine and the report shows the correct amount that were opened; however, it always shows no click-throughs even though I did click on links.

When I go to enable click-through tracking I see this:

Track the number of times recipients click each link in this mailing. NOTE: When this feature is enabled, all links in the message body will be automaticallly re-written to route through your CiviCRM server prior to redirecting to the target page.

I'm not sure what is my "CiviCRM server". is it the server that I configured in Global Settings > Outbound Email?

Is there something that I need to do to pick this information up?
