Hi.  I'm new to CiviCRM and Joomla, so forgive me if this is a really obvious question.  Or an RTFM question.

I've created some profiles for user registration.  We have three different type of registration, so we decided to handle it all through CiviCRM.  I assigned the profiles to main menu items, and they come up just like they should.  The problem is that we want it to use a different template layout than the one it defaults to.  The current template uses Pretty Slider and we've been told that it uses a different and incompatible version of JQuery than CiviCRM.  (Pretty Slider just runs ALL of its slides straight down the page, overlaying part of the CiviCRM profile.)

We don't need the slides on registration pages anyway, so we just need to registration profiles to come in in a different template page.  I'm not even sure if this is a Joomla question or a CiviCRM question, but I can't figure out how to assign our registration profiles to a particular template page.  Can anyone point this newbie in the right direction?
