File on case link not working

Hi, I've noticed that this issue has been closed: http://issues.civicrm.org/jira/browse/CRM-5176 and is seemingly resolved.

However, when I click any of the "file on case" links on a contact's activities tab (using 3.3.3 - I'll upgrade next week!), nothing happens (the links seem to point to /civicrm/contact/civicrm/contact/view/activity but are inactive).

When I zoom in (as it were) and view any given activity, the "file on case" button at the bottom is similarly inactive.

I did attempt to check this out on the civicrm.org demo but a "DB Error: constraint violation" situation seems to have put it out of action :-(

I'm not seeing this on a local older install (3.3 r31573) but seems to be behaving as you describe on drupal.demo.civicrm.org.

Menu rebuild doesn't fix it.

Seems to be working fine on http://drupal.demo.civicrm.org.. Can you give details steps to replicate.

That's a tricky one because, when I noticed it, it was from inbound email activities - which I don't think I can replicate on the demo (and there aren't any there inbound email activities there right now). You're quite right, though, that other activities seem to have valid file on case links on the demo. Very odd, but reassuring in a sense...
